How not to worry and be happy

Worries “which had a greater impact on all of our lives”. One day or the other we will be worried but the problem here is to find out a way to recover. Here is what I am gonna walk you through.

Criticism

It is one of the causes of most of our worries. We are getting criticized for our color, caste, marks, and even our gender too. Do you know? the new science of genetics informs us that you are what you are, largely as a result of twenty-four chromosomes contributed by your father and twenty-four chromosomes contributed by your mother. These forty-eight chromosomes comprise everything that determines what you inherit. There is nothing in our hands about how we have to born. If you find someone who criticizes everyone, the reason is that he/she is feared of getting criticized so they will criticize others. If we don’t like getting criticized then we should not criticize others. Why can’t we mind our own business? To stop worrying about criticism, remember one thing that no one kicks a dead dog and no one can insult you without your permission.
